I love to share information and engage with others sharing my passion for getting the most out of your technology.

I believe you should use the technology that give you what you need, not by a particular brand. For me I've settled on Apple stuff mainly due to being a musician and wanting to use a platform with the best workflow for me. As time has gone on I've slowly migrated to iOS and find that 90% of what I do now is done on my iPad or iPhone.

Freelance writing

As a freelance writer I have contributed to Cult of Mac, Future Publishing's Tap!, The Loop Magazine, The App Factor and Run Around Tech.

Music/Podcasting

I have been around music for as long as I can remember and there has always been a guitar around, I picked up the guitar at 14 years of age listening to the likes of Black Sabbath, Hendrix and Joe Satriani and have always been musically minded.  Back in 2007 I recorded an EP and started to get into YouTube, a few years later I had picked up an endorsement, recorded the New York Rangers podcast theme and worked with some of my favourite brands including Marshall and PRS Guitars.

I've played in a couple of bands but am definitely more of a solo artist and record melodic instrumental guitar.

I am still recording, practising and am the host of The Guitar Show on the British Tech Network.

I also co-host Applesauce on NightOwl FM.

Photography

I love taking photos and over the last year have started to get more into DSLR photography but would say that iOS really got me back into taking shots again.

Through Instagram and Flickr I have gained a new love for photography and am learning all of the time.  I am not someone that over edits in photoshop but I take for the love of the image and sharing with minimal edits via iOS, for me it's about the shot not the edit.
